The Spring Break Trip is especially for teens. It is an amazing opportunity to experience the Mexican culture while engaging in service. We stay at the Baptist Ministry Center run by Ken and Leah Spieler. In the morning, the group is divided into 3 teams: STEM at local schools, Construction, and Cooking. The STEM team will be visiting local schools and facilitating a science/engineering focused activity. The Construction team will work on projects at the ministry center. And the Cooking team will make meals for our team. Teens can switch teams throughout the week. Two evenings, we will be hosting a "Fiesta" for local churches. It is an opportunity for fellowship and fun, both for our team and the church communities. Our final afternoon, we will go shopping in Piedras Negras and eat dinner out.
